I was at that Temple game with the family. Water coming down the steps at PITT stadium looked like Niagara Falls. My then 5 year old loved it.

Actually that was the 1986 Pitt-Temple game with the big rainfall. But the panthers did manage to lose both the 1986 and 1987 games...at home to Temple.

Imagine if gottfried would have recruited a qb for that 87, 88 team. Namely major Harris. Yeah, let’s tell him he’s a DB and ignore that position.

He did! I know Major, he wanted him to go to another position, if if if , he didn't take to QB at that level. ASK HIM YOURSELF

I don’t think us wining more games will do much for us,it’s the brand image these kids want exposure from,as long as everyone slobbers over the blue bloods nothing will ever change
