Pitt might not have been specifically showing off for Chris Clark on Saturday, but it seemed that way, at least early.

With the former four-star tight end prospect on campus considering a transfer to Pitt from UCLA, the offensive staff highlighted the tight ends, as senior J.P. Holtz and juniorScott Orndoff combined to catch four passes for 99 yards and a touchdown.

If Pitt wanted to make it clear to Clark how much the offense can and will utilize the tight end, then the mission was accomplished.
