lol. It’s a bad end to the season. But still played much better comp. Even BC almost beat Mizz early on. Virginia was the annual wtf game.

It's not 7-0 to 7-5, but in 2021, Franklin had PSU off to a 5-0 start that vaulted them all the way up to playoff position at No. 4 in the rankings. They then proceeded to lose 5 of their last 7 games and finish unranked. It only took him 3 years to get back up to being a top 4 team (likely top 3 in this week's rankings).
If you lose five games in a row, something is off. I'm tired of these mental gymnastics. No team in the ACC is all that good; win some freaking games.

People dont like to admit this, but the Big East that Wanny was in with the WVU Glory Days teams and Petrino and Rutgers was pretty good and even USF and UConn were ok. Then Cincy started a Glory Days run towards the end of his tenure.
So we'd play Bowling Green in the first round. Give me Pitt, although beating anybody right now might be overly-optimistic. We'd then get Florida in the second round, which would conclude our season. I think Florida would take the whole thing, also.
