Absolute trash if they could shoot at all they’d be up by 10 based on rebounds and missed shots

Instead ….down by 9..,

From I've seen of the Aggies this year, it they can't get to the FT line, they really struggle offensively.

The SEC is full of piss poor shooters.
From what I’ve seen of just this game I’d say you’re right…. It’s bad

Like literally nothing drops for them

Meanwhile some white dude for the Peds has 5 3 pointers already… 😂

Penn st is a really tough match up. Hard style to match up against. Reminds me of the old Wvu teams. Spread the floor. But they have a great guard in Pickett. So physical.

Not sure why AM went away from Marble he was dominating.

Penn st run is one year only though. Shrewsbury won't be there next yr.

Psu looks solid offensively. Should be a good game with Texas. If you can shoot the 3 in the tourney, you will advance.

Funk; really good shooter. How did he end up at Penn State???
Grad transfer from Bucknell. He’s having a career game by a long shot.

A&M looks awful. But I hate Buzz Williams so that’s kinda cool with me.

Missouri has 3 excellent shooters in Brown, Hodge, and Honor.

Three-point shooting:

Kobe Brown: 46-for-103 (44.7%)
D'Moi Hodge: 95-for-237 (40.1%)
Nick Honor: 52-for-131 (39.7%)

Part of the reason I picked Missouri to go to the Sweet 16 or Elite 8 in every one of my brackets.

Missouri as a team is 309-for-857 (36.1%)

Pitt as a team is 304-for-845 (36.0%)

Missouri is very similar to Pitt offensively.

Mizzou is ranked 80th in 3 point percentage. Is that tops in the SEC?

What is the SEC ranked as a conference?

Mizzou is a weird ass team. I haven't watched them too much, but when I did see them, they were certainly unconventional. They didn't seem to care whether they kept the ball in front of them or not. Took a lot of chances trying to force turnovers, and gave up a lot of open shots. Whatever they are doing seems to be working though.

Missouri's 3-point percentage is higher than ours.

Both teams points' come disporportionately from three.

Offensively, Missouri may be the team in the country most similar to Pitt in style. But yes, completely different defensively.

Speaking of rubbish, Tennessee has looked like hot garbage lately. Their PG is hurt and they were offensively challenged with him in the lineup. How is Duke only opening as a 2.5 pt favorite?

PSU has something to do with them looking awful.
But not much to do with their terrible shooting. It wasn’t like they weren’t able to rebound either. They just can’t shoot at all.

They are not a good shooting team, but shot 10% less than normal. Defense likely had something to do with that.
