Thank God it's over

Well... it wasn't as bad as last year. But it was bad.

And we win 1 surprising game like against Duke and everyone starts forgetting what has really happened to this program over the past 5 years.

That's why the crowds are much smaller, sellouts are rare and the team has gotten worse and worse.

Yes Robinson stunk tonight but this loss again is all on Dixon.

I honestly wanted us to lose to wake to accelerate what i knew would ultimately happen which was epic failure to a shitty team

I expected a loss even with the 12 point lead. I was waiting for them to blow it and they did it in the traditional squeezed pucker hole tight style that Pitt is famous for in this tournament. It is what it is. Another year older, another year gone.

Players are often a reflection of their coaches. Jamie appears to have gotten more stressed over the years, not less like what you should expect from a veteran coach.

What pissed me off the most about this team is the old "million dollar body, ten cent head" adage.

This team had talent. But the fact that they lacked heart, hustle, toughness, and basketball IQ drove me crazy. I can live with a team losing based on sheer talent alone. But when several outcomes this year were a result of intangibles that can be controlled, it infuriates me. As a result, I can say that I was disappointed in the coaching job of Dixon.

Need to get there. Maybe tomorrow.

They haven't been open long but it seems they always have something new/different. I don't think they even have any staple beers. I guess in some ways this could be bad if you go and don't hit on something. But I've been there a cpl times and I like it. It's pretty clear to me the brewers know what they're doing. Doesn't seem like a place that just opened because craft beer is hot.

All of the kids on this year's Pitt team weren't even teenagers the last time we had an exciting team that was winning 20+ games a year, sometimes 25+ games. That legacy is a distant memory now, thanks to the last 2 coaching disasters.
