One of a few things:
#1. The ACC Leadership is corrupt and being paid to be inactive intentionally trying to kill the ACC. This is quite possible as our Federal Government & Media are corrupt.
#2. The ACC Leadership is incompetent & Lazy. This is also quite possible.
A proactive Leadership would announce
" Our contract with ESPN is grossly under valued and they are not willing to reopen it. As such, we are pursuing all avenues and will be reaching out to AppleTV, YouTubeTV, CBS Sports & Fox Sports to begin negotiations on a new broadcast media deal to gain fair market value for our members ".
If Jim Phillips can't or won't do it find someone else who will.
