Pitt Recruits & Players keep making PITT IS IT!

Best Pick: Aaron Donald, DT, No. 13 overall, 2014
Lot of options here thanks to the Robert Griffin III trade that helped the Rams net a pile of early picks in recent years. But Donald, who could've won Defensive Player of the Year in 2015, is a budding defensive superstar who only fell that far in the first because of his size. There's no slam-dunk, later-round pick worth unseating him for his value. He would be top-three pick if you redid this draft.
Best Pick: Darrelle Revis, CB, 14th, 2008
There are a couple good options here, including Nick Mangold and Muhammad Wilkerson. But Revis, who has already played with two other teams and returned, feels like the face of the Jets. They nailed that pick and he's an all-time cornerback. One could also argue IK Enemkpali (210th overall, 2014) for launching the Ryan Fitzpatrick era.
Honorable Mention since he learned his QB at Pitt first two years!
Best Pick: Joe Flacco, QB, No. 18 overall, 2008
Start messing around with the Ravens draft history and you get pretty blown away just how consistently good Ozzie Newsome is at this draft process. Dude just hits on first-round picks. We'll go Flacco here because A) it wasn't an easy choice (Delaware) and B) it netted him a Super Bowl. Flacco as a player is kind of a perfect analogy for Newsome's drafting.
Everyone told Baldwin to stay at Pitt another year, but he busted himself:
Worst Pick: Jonathan Baldwin, WR, 26th overall, 2011
He only played two years for the Chiefs, he was traded for A.J. Jenkins and Bill Belichick memorably said he's basically Julio Jones. Not quite! Could argue Dexter McCluster as well, taken the year before in front of Rob Gronkowski. Or Eric Fisher at No. 1 in 2013.
Penn State Adds More To NFL Busts & Most In Power Conference History:
Worst Pick: Aaron Maybin, LB, No. 11 overall, 2009
At some point EJ Manuel will get consideration, but Maybin is an all-time bust. He didn't produce a single sack with the Bills! Man that draft class was terrible.
Worst Pick: Levi Brown, OL, No 5 overall, 2007
Could go Matt Leinart here and Ryan Williams deserves some attention, but Brown was taken two picks in front of Adrian Peterson.
