Back in the good old Big East days - I always thought WVU was the king of the hybrid RB/WR kids. They always seemed to have these players that didn't quite fit either definition, but man were they put in position to produce! And they usually delivered.
I look at next year's team, and I see 3 micro-rb/wr speedsters crushing it, if our coaches can figure out how to get them the dam ball. Ffrench, Carter, & Shocky could be a real handful next year, lets hope our staff spreads it out a bit more, and goes all-in with the speed game. Because we are loaded with these fast little "Hybrids", and it would be a shame not to use them properly. Since i believe Pickett is an accurate rytham passer that our staff is doing no favors for - guess I'm all-in on the short passing game spreading the field next year.
