Navy is not a city school IMO, Annapolis is the state capital, but it's a small town and pretty far away from Baltimore and DC, definitely not in their metro areas I don't think.

Anpls is definitely in that Balt.-DC metro area. About 20-25 miles, closer than Butler to pgh. it's my favorite city on the NE coast. And the USNA is my second favorite school..
