This has probably already been discussed so I apologize if I missed it but can someone tell me what they said on the television broadcast about why VT was awarded the ball after the review on this play? I was at the game so I only saw it once when it happened but it was called a foul on VT on the floor and in addition looked to me to be a textbook flagrant 1. After the review they even announced in the arena the foul was on Radford as VT was being handed the ball for the inbounds pass. I was totally perplexed sitting in my seat that it was somehow their ball
