And I don’t think I am telling you something but in order to get any type of respect back with the fan base and our national perception we need to play FSU close and beat Syracuse , BC and Duke and at least record five victories. Not sure if we are strong enough on offense, defense and special teams to get it done but who knows. College sports can be very fickle indeed.

Florida State is playing for CFP so they will not be caught with their pants down. The other three should be winnable but who the hell knows.
We thought Cincy and WF were winnable and look what happened. I'll be very happy if we win 2 more games the rest of the year. At least it will show the team is still alive.
Cincy, WVU, VT, WF, where all winnable IMO, we just didn't win.
Perhaps FSU won't like playing in cooler weather. I remember a game against Miami at Heinz that we won, and really shouldn't have. It was around 48 degrees and Miami was acting like it was -5. Game over.
I also recall a game in 20 degree weather where I was sure Miami’s players would turn into icicles. They warmed up in tee shirts and crushed Pitt easily.
