Given that the Sean Miller thing was false (other than a possible short call that ended quickly, and even that is nothing but speculation), we are in day two of the search and there is absolutely zero real information on who Barnes is targeting. Zero.

Totally speculative lists from various writers doesn't count as info. I can make up a list too, and it won't be anymore speculative than any other list out there. But we haven't had even a single rumor beyond the false Miller thing about who is even being targeted, let alone who is interested, being contacted, etc.

Zeise talked about how search firms are used now for searches and contacts and how much harder it is to get real info, and it appears to be holding true...thus far.

-With no disrespect to Zeise, he was completely wrong about Dixon leaving for TCU, especially in the early stages. So were many others that didn't know squat. You see how fast perception changes?

All of the leaks in this Dixon saga are from TCU. Sources up here have no idea what is happening or say "this isn't likely to happen"

Last night id have said less than 10 percent. Working phones and whatnot - this morning Up to 30 pct. Now I'd say it is 50/50, maybe more.

My comment was not about the accuracy of Zeise generally, but simply a statement about his point that the process is happening behind the scenes.

BTW, not to defend him, I think its unfair to say he got it wrong on Dixon leaving. His sources were people close to Dixon, and they all believed Dixon wouldn't leave, so that's what he reported. All of his sources, and everyone else's sources were reading it wrong. Nowhere did he make a prediction, he simply passed on what his sources were telling him, and reported it that way.
