A. I don't think I'll be here very much.

B. Pitt won't be near enough to the bubble to make it interesting.

C. Nobody will be here to read it anyway.

Barnes... with one move.... has killed any good will he had. I imagine his phone will be ringing off the hook with angry donors and ticket holders.

The glory days of Pitt football were 1975 to 1983. And in 30+ years, we haven't gotten back.

The glory days of Pitt basketball were 2002 to 2011. They're officially dead now.

You can include the last 5 seasons from JD as part of the glory years, because we sure as he'll ain't making the NCAA's 60% of the time anytime soon.

Pitt basketball is dead. RIP

Have disagreed with you many times, but certainly not on this.

Just a horrible hire if true. Had I known this was a possibility would have gladly taken Brandin Knight. At least with him there was a chance, albeit slim.

This hire could very well be a program killer. Maybe not BC level, but certainly Georgia Tech, Wake Forest level.

Hell I would've taken Gino Gaudio over this puke.

I'll even add that the glory days extended until 2016 when we made the NCAA Tournament regularly.

I expect one final Dribbles before you go.

Last one out of the Lair, turn off the lights.

I'll never go. I love Pitt Hoops. I did "dribbles" starting with Willard and in the early days of Howland.

Nonetheless, this time last Saturday I wrote about why I wanted Dixon to stay, and looking at things at the moment, this looks like a worse case scenario I was worried about.
