The root of all of the struggles started it when for whatever reason Pat Narduzzi decided that having an offense that functioned well under Mark Whipple wasn’t good enough. at least with Mark Whipple has a coordinator, he knew how to use the players he had and scheme guys open. It was a pro style run and shoot type of offense that runs the same type of formations that we have now, but it had some variations, but the difference was is that he knew how to recruit to his scheme and when he let him go it he did not hire the right coordinators that had a vision to have the right staff to recruit athletes that can make an impact on the offensive side of the football and the skill positions. So Pat Narduzzi needs to firing a perfectly fine offensive coordinator for no good reason whatsoever. Until we get a guy who can truly coach for his personnel this will keep happening.

Give Kade Bell Pickett, Addison, Izzy, Mack, Wayne, Krull, Stovall, SJL and I promise you he could make this thing hum too.

Why did Whipple struggle so much at Pitt in 2019? Why did his offense suck at Nebraska?

The root of all of the struggles is talent.
