But I do think that he can’t afford a 6-6 year or worse. Last year was decent, but really a missed opportunity given what they had, and now they lost a bunch of talent from that team.
The schedule this year isn’t ideal. At WVU isn’t going to be easy, and neither is Cincy. I think a 2-1 start would actually be fairly solid. FSU ad ND are also more leaning losses and most other games area toss up.
I think 7-5 would be ok. Anything worse than that you have to start asking serious questions about Narduzzi though. At the very least if the offense looks much the same as last year you absolutely have to move on from cignetti, especially if it leads to. 5-7 or 6-6 type season. At that point I think there would also need to be some directive to modernize the offense at least a little.
