One has to salute Pitt-Girl and other Pitt Poster's that I recalled always posted how Art Briles was running a Dirty Program and now known to be winning with cover-ups. Sounds familiar in other memories of Pit Fans from 1970-80s think the same about the Land Grant College to wards the East of Pitt?

Once again, not good timing for Penn State Cases and Unsealed Settlement Documents about to come out on Monday. It is still my opinion, this is may be the opportunity why for Penn State to get most Litigants Parties to settle all Civil Lawsuits?

Right now just having two victims come out and tell their Allegations that go back to the 1970's, is enough to be a warning to tell the Lubrano's led Trustees, PS4RS, Alumni, and Paterno's as PSU Lawyer's it may be time to end all these Lawsuits and settle or say we have more Victims that may now be allowed to go Public too?

So, be careful what you want to pursue because the Victim's are willing to pursue it?

The NCAA if successful to have more Victim's come out from current Allegations still Sealed Allegations can only benefit from those Additional Victim's as well. This could well mean the NCAA will approve Baylor's Own Sanctions, but may have to address what they found out from the Children Victim's Allegations at Penn State again too, and won't be able to just walk away from that if they approve how what happens at Baylor?

Should the NCAA open another Investigation to go into NCAA Violation of the 1970s-1998 and use the information gathered from the Discovery and other Lawsuits, plus add in a follow up investigation of the Victim's willing to swear under oath that Paterno and Tarman were told. It is something that will give pause to those that feel Penn State bungled the Penn State Football Scandal? Time may be just ripe to end all Civil Lawsuits!

This also may explain why Penn state Recruiting has dropped into 40s and behind Rutgers and another 8 Big Ten Programs? I found it strange Franklin mentioned it publicly too, i think that gives him out to leave if he chooses or cannot Win 8 Games or Top Recruits shun Penn State? What is happening at Baylor could cause tremors and cracks at Penn State too?

Funny, but one person that may benefit the most on what is happening at Baylor is WVU's Holgrosen finding it easier to beat them sooner now. Along with the rest of the Big-12 taking away Baylor recruits!

This may only be the beginning of Baylor's self-inflicted death penalty

From firings to transfers to signees bailing out, Baylor is now learning how it dug its own grave not only off but on the field, too
We knew it was going to be bad. We just didn't know it was going to happen this quickly...............
.......Baylor can deal with the loss of a backup quarterback. Maybe. (See below.) But recruits are also shunning the program. To its credit, Baylor has also purged some players from the current roster for character issues. The net effect is a self-inflicted death penalty..................
.........You know, Baylor going back to being ... Baylor. These are not the hot-take thoughts of a flamer. This is a rational conclusion from one of those who endured Baylor pre-Art Briles. The innovation, the foundation from which the Bears took off at the beginning of this decade is gone. Will it ever be back?
................
............Damage to the Bears' football brand can't be far behind. What Baylor doesn't have is the tradition and history of Southern California, Penn State or Ohio State. All three programs suffered crippling NCAA penalties this decade. Out of the three, only Ohio State (6-7 in 2011) endured a losing season since their penalties. The Buckeyes have since followed up with an undefeated season (2012) and national championship (2014). USC won at Oregon during a 10-win season in 2011 while traveling 51 scholarship players. Point being, there will always be kids who want to be Buckeyes, Trojans and Nittany Lions. Those schools have winning traditions and histories that go back decades. Baylor was a laughingstock as recent as the late 2000s. The first thought in any discussion regarding Baylor should be about the victims. As mentioned, the school has rid itself of several players since the scandal broke................

Penn State Fans may come to regret the 5 Years of continuing, extending and not ending all aspects of the Penn State Football Scandal. Just look at what Baylor is doing and the NCAA is getting ready to approve New Regulations for Victims? Zero Tolerance on Winning while covering up Abusing Past, Present or Future!

No Honor No Success!

NCAA New Dawn Policies Coming On Transparency Of Victims Of Big College Football Programs. Baylor is being Pro-Active and welcoming and inviting Rape and Abuse Victims to speak at Baylor to their Students and Players.

This will result in putting pressure on Penn State to do the same thing. Children Victim's, Mother's and Lawyers of Children Victim's, as well as, Sara Ganim, Vicky Triponey, Matt Sandusky, Marci Hamilton, and David Jones may actually be invited back to Penn State.

They will speak on what happen and explain how to overcome being attacked by misguided Football Fans for doing the right thing. They will provide details on what happen to them, and how for Children, Women, and Students to overcome the shame by speaking out and exposing how Silence In Sports Programs hurt them!

They will no be honored instead of bringing back any Statue? I predicted this would happen as Societal Values have changed and Athletes no longer escape University Discipline or not cooperating with Investigations or playing while being suspended, and told clean up a Stadium instead or Victim's told you better be quiet or you will be arrested, or a Reporter is banned from covering the Program, or Administrator fired because of fear of fundraising will be hurt, or Reporter's Law Professors, and Author's Books are attacked by Fans saying they lied?

Another reason why maybe the many PSU Lawsuit Settlements may be offered before being dismissed or withdrawn without prejudiced or bigger publicity causes them to be dropped out of consideration for Victims?

Link Below.

Oregon State rape victim agrees to speak to Baylor football program
After recently meeting with Nebraska, Brenda Tracy will now travel to Waco, Texas, to speak in front of the Baylor football team
Rape victim Brenda Tracy will speak at Baylor later this month, she told CBS Sports on Thursday. Tracy said Bears acting coach Jim Grobe reached out recently asking her speak to his players at the embattled program on July 25. Tracy becomes what is believed to be the first rape survivor to speak to the program since a sexual assault scandal cost coach Art Briles his job and led to the resignation of Baylor's athletic director and president.......................Grobe is beginning his second month as acting coach since replacing Briles last month. He is a former national coach of the year at Wake Forest. "Coach Grobe is a really nice man," Tracy added. "He made it clear he was in retirement and came out of retirement to come help this program."
..........In an unrelated development, Tracy recently spoke to NCAA president Mark Emmert by phone. She has been invited to Chicago on July 21 to meet with NCAA chief of staff Cari Van Senus and NCAA chief medical officer Brian Hainline. Tracy is hoping to help develop NCAA legislation that would ban recruits and transfers who have been involved in sexual assault from playing. (Not To Mention Coaches Not Being Honored That Cover Or Ignored It When It Happen????)

The Trifecta Of Things To Come That Will Bring True Honor Back To Penn State!
Article, Excerpt & Link:

Spotlight: Sara Ganim Broke The Penn State Scandal Five Years Ago — And Was Ignored For Seven Months!

Five years ago, 24-year-old Sara Ganim of the Harrisburg Patriot-News broke the sports scandal of the century. The former Penn State graduate, who had knocked on doors and interviewed more than two dozen people over a two-year period, opened her meticulously investigated article:
“Penn State football legend Jerry Sandusky is the subject of a grand jury investigation into allegations that he indecently assaulted a teenage boy. According to five people with knowledge of the case, a grand jury meeting in Harrisburg has been hearing testimony for at least 18 months about the allegation, which was made in 2009 by a 15-year-old from Clinton County. The teen told authorities that Sandusky had inappropriate contact with him over a four-year period, starting when he was 10.”..............
What was the media reaction? In “Hear No Evil," Patriot-News editor David Newhouse says: “Silence. We were prepared for an onslaught. Instead, there was silence… In central Pennsylvania, Jerry Sandusky was a secular saint. He was second only to Joe Paterno as a god in the Penn State football pantheon… Jerry Sandusky a pedophile? You might as well accuse a priest.
..........Yes, from a media standpoint, the story bombed. Ganim’s bombshell and her updates on the Grand Jury proceedings in April and August 2011 made little waves outside Happy Valley. Most people, including this author, did not learn of the story until a full seven months later when the grand jury report was released in November 2011. Only after Jerry Sandusky was actually arrested and pictured in handcuffs did the rest of the media world take action. But the story did not bomb where it mattered most.
While Ganim reported on two alleged victims and knew about three in March 2011, eight total victims were listed in the November grand jury report. Ganim’s original story appeared to play a critical role. Said Newhouse: “We’ve been told by those close to the grand jury investigation that our stories prompted additional victims to come forward.”
................“I just got goose bumps, seriously. I just lived with this for so long, and it killed me when people talked about [Sandusky] like he was a god, and I knew he was a monster.” Ganim has centered the victims throughout her reporting and told the Miami Herald. “It’s not a football story. It’s a crime story. The victims I’ve talked to have said it’s been a lot more about the scandal and lot less about them, so I have to remember not to lose their voice in this.” Ganim’s priorities are where they should be, but the Penn State Scandal is still just as much a sports story. It is precisely Penn State as a “too big to fail” corporate sports institution that enabled Sandusky to keep molesting children for so long.

If more Victim's Stories come out and those that cannot file Lawsuits anymore due to Statute of Limitations, don't expect the media to ignore them this time around, and those Victom's Stories could become bigger Nightmares for the Penn State Fans that demanded the full truth be revealed....and especially at the same time demanding a Statue returns, or new ones put up??? Overtime there may be a petition by students who will admit they were wrong when they rioted and now prefer to see Honoring Victim's, Reporters, and Children Protection Advocates as true Success in overcoming the Shame of being called Dishonorable as labeled by those defend Fundraising and Winning Football Games?

The Full Truth May Actually Have Bigger Deeds Of Bravery & Echoes Into Eternity Than Any 409 Wins That Wash Away Children Protection Values In Lasch Showers?

We shall see?

I just hope that the media explodes this for exactly what it is. Win at all costs and to hell with the
victims. The bottom line with ups is that winning was and still is more important than any kids lives.
For that reason and that reason only I hope they go to their grave regretting this!

I am told the Victim's are ready to defend their Allegations and they have far more details than anyone else that thinks Commercial Disparagement is more important?

Still depends what is allow to be put out there and how much on Judges doing the Unsealing and why smart Lawyers will see, time to figure out how we get out of this with some Honor, and then calling it a Success?

We shall see?
