- Would part ways with Bates. Turn it over to Sanders.
- Use that extra position coach for a run game coordinator
- Move on from Darveau. Prob Laster too.
- 4 portal OL need to be brought in. 1 QB (depending on Yarnell), a RB2, 2 WRs, DE, and a S.
- Need to keep Eli, Des ,and Kenny obviously along with the LBers and FitzSimmons
- Disappointed in Cruce Brookins and really the safety play in general all year
- Thought Gandy was great early on but took a step back in the second half of the season
- Once Fitzsimmons came back the front 7 was a lot better especially in the run game.
- Need to get a MLB (hopefully Bass?) who is better in pass coverage
- Green needs to come up with some funds for NIL
- The injuries suck. I don’t think this team goes 11-1 or anything but if even just 1 OL injury instead of 3. Or just Eli. I think they win 9 and there’s buzz going into next season.
- Officiating. Needs to be looked at. There were some brutal calls that turned games and potential outcomes.
- I think Tyreek Robinson might end up being a really good player. Liked his wiggle on kickoff returns.
- Get Eli in the film room and break down some zone defenses
- Would put out a feeler to Tim Cramsey and see if he’ll move now.
