Didn't post last night, but just finished
reading DT's great post and others this
morning.
First of all Champ and Duke's Johnson both
had great games last night. I think the Bball
world is finally finding out about Champ and
his great play this season.

X had a few more T0's (4) last night, but what
I liked, he didn't let it become the norm. Some
of those T0's were due to some good D by Duke.
He also only had 9 pts. but he had 11 assists,
and basically controlled the pace at game's
end when we needed him. This is a perfect case
of not judging performance on stats alone.

How about Champ with 5, yes 5 blocks. 14 rebounds
is great, but we're getting spoiled as we are now
expecting that from him. He's seemingly always in
the right spot. This is instinct IMO. One other thing
about him...he gets up in the air quickly. I've mentioned
this before on here.....he's only 6'6". So how does he do it?
Answer IM0...he gets up quicker than others, and he
instinctively knows where to be. You either have it
or you don't...some things can't be coached.

Toney: Very good all around game. 4 TO's, and
not too hot from the field. However, he made em
when we needed them, was 13-17 FT'Os. Also
11 rebounds, and most off them on hard work.
6'6"...but plays much bigger, is a terror inside,
and IMO is our best defensive player.

Centers...Brown no rebounds. How does
THAT even happen?...I know, I know, forget I even
asked. LOL He did have 2 blocks and had 4 pts.
It's not much, but he is giving us something.
Coulibaly, a better game for him...6 pts. and
7 rebounds. He fouled out but gave us a
decent game. Not overpowering but he was a
presence inside last night.
