I appreciate where you are coming from but if uniforms bring fans to the game that is certainly sad. I would rather fans attend a/c they finally believe in HCPN, his staff and the team. Fashion is just not a priority, but that is just my opinion and it is worth nothing.

I'll admit, I was hoping for the matte blue helmet, blue jersey and gold pants. Intrigued by that combo. Bet it'll look sharp.

There's quite a few fans who really like the old throwback uniforms and have not seen the team wear them ever. It won't be the primary reason, but for fans on the fence about going, this might push them over the edge.

Glad to see the throwbacks again for Saturday. Isn't there a black/midnight panther type of uniform they haven't worn yet? I'm not particularly eager to see black unis, I'm just wondering.

Some times the answers to post are just stupid and silly.
No the throwback uniforms will not put more people in the seats, that's common sense but Saturdays win over Clemson will.
However Narduzzi is showing the fans respect and capitalizing on the current PITT (nationwide) frenzy by giving the fans what they want as it's no secret that most Pitt fans would prefer the throwbacks to be our normal uniform.
But if that was the case is that a really bad thing ?
