Yep. It could work out either way, but if this is the direction we went, I would really hope we find a spot for a lights out recruiter, as well.My concern with someone with his resume is recruiting. He's never had to recruit at the P5 level and I think that is one of the areas where Canada was lacking.
Yeah, but our recruiting wasn't doing well with that set up and needs to get better.Canada didn't recruit so who cares,I'm sure he can adjust and learn
Who is he really recruiting at his level? You are scouting, hoping, and coaching. You aren't in actual recruiting battles. Why does he need P5 recruiting experience? Either you are a good recruiter or you are not. If he recruited well at his level, then he is likely to recruit well at this level.
Worth a callOffensive Coordinator from North Dakota. Many consider him one of the top up and coming pro style, power run minds in football. Young, hard-nosed, blue collar. Google him.

Someone like him might leave room to also upgrade someone on d.
Yeah, identifying and winning recruiting battles are completely different animals. At our level identifying the players is much, much easier. Winning the recruiting battles is a much harder task.Because nobody else wants any players that NDS wants?
Of course you are in recruiting battles. Just not with 3-4-5 star players. You still have to identify players and get them to come to your school.
