Yesterday we just got a commitment from the #33 ranked kid in the country. One that could be the lynchpin in setting the dominoes for all the top local kids to come here.

Today we go to 5-1 with a 56 yard FG. We are 5-1 with 4 road games, 3 of them P5 conference teams, one of them is undefeated narrowly beating us on a 56 yard FG.

When was the last time we had a weekend this good?

I thinks it's ok to get excited. Relatively short time and small sample size but there's a noticeable difference in almost every way.

No way they're 5-1 with last year's staff. And Iowa isn't a bad loss. Recruiting is certainly on the uptick and I think that's going to continue.

The assistant coaches will be targets at some point but that's not necessarily a bad thing. If Coach Duzz gets them paid/promoted coaches from all over will be jumping in line to be next.
