Clemson has completely taken over this game since the QB change. Dabo has to be kicking himself for not making the change earlier in the year.
DJ should switch positions and play TE, maybe he can make a career out of it. He has no future at QB.
Yeah. I could see having one bad year (last year) due to bad qb play from DJ. But he’s had two wasted seasons due to DJ. That’s terrible.
Dabo pulled DJ in the SU & ND games. Klubnik wasn't really any better. Klubnik got in the game against Syracuse. Clemson rallied to win, but he didn't play well. His first pass against ND was intercepted. He's absolutely owning the job tonight though.
A little easier to do against the #116 pass defense in college football.
True dat. It would have been interesting to see how he performed in a tight game, but UNC's shitty red zone execution has pretty much tanked any chance they had of hanging in with Clemson.
Klubinik is a better QB. DJ isn’t going to play QB at Clemson next year and probably should give TE a shot.
Every QB other than Kedon Slovis looked like a beast agaisnt UNC
Drake Maye comes from a competitive family. Both his brothers have national championship rings. If Drake wants to win one, he needs to get the hell out of Chapel Hill.
Another whiff inside the red zone. They have been atrocious once they get in the red zone tonight.
It would not surprise me to see Maye go to Alabama. Heck - Mack Brown might retire as well.
