I was a guest on Jeff Hathhorn's show this morning on The Fan and he asked me for one Pitt player I think is under the radar. The name I came up with is Cam Bright.
Bright isn't totally under the radar. He was the third-leading tackler on the team last season and played a lot. But when we talk about the main players on defense, his name doesn't come up as often, it seems, and it probably should. Bright will be a starter at linebacker and see a ton of reps; I suspect he'll have another productive year in total tackles and I expect him to also add some sacks to his stat sheet (last year he finished with 0.5 on the season).
So he's my pick for under the radar player to watch. Who's yours?
