Very impressed with the recruiting so far

Hah glad I have that Jack hole on ignore
Great!!! Then tell your butt buddy King to do the same for me please please please, I'm begging you!!! This troll is on here 24/7 and stalks me, always liking any insult or responding to me even though I can't read it. Please Mr. Joke Pa, take him with you, please please please lol.

So if Pitt had the 29th ranked class - would that make u shut up?
And also, Pitt hasn't been relevant in football in over 30 years. You do realize that getting #35 ranked recruiting classes probably won't change that right? Maybe you and some other should perhaps set the bar higher, hmmmm???

Pitt won 10 games and finished #15 when Wanny was coach. They beat Clemson and PSU this year. Sorry my myopic and cretinous troll...that is being relevant. Hell James Conner and his story made Pitt relevant.

Blah blah blah blah blah.

Of course you have no reply. You're a drama queen dope and a troll. Plainly stated you are wrong...again...as usual.
Respond to what, your lovey dovey fest of a #31 or #35 ranked recruiting class? Your ridiculous assertion that we had a successful season because we beat PSU and Clemson? Dude we ended up losing to Northwestern in another garbage bowl. We had arguably the worst pass defense in all of college football and didn't even finish in the top 25.

You are exactly the problem so keep settling for mediocrity. You do it well.

No youre wrong. It doesn't include the 2 5 stars we have. AND previous teams in the 30s made the bowl championship. You are among the same handful of people that is negative about everything.

And just by mathematics the 30s is far above average anyways. So your statement is incorrect
There are 66 P5 teams, so, yeah, being in the 30s is average. Saying that is not negative. It is honest and the truth. You are incorrect and short changing Pitt. We can be much better than that.

-He's an Alabama fan. Take that with a grain of salt. He is still salty Clemson is the best program in the country right now and comes from ACC territory. Until next year when Florida State is #1, another ACC team when the ACC plows every other conference again.
Why did you abandon the other thread where you lied in every post?

He said Justice Kithcart would be the greatest thing since sliced bread. Ever since that proclamation I don't believe a word he says.
Do you and @JokePa not know what P5 stands for?
What recruiting advantages does Narduzzi have over other schools? One of you went to PS and the other went to Bama or is a fan of them. Do you 2 slaps realize those schools live and die with football, and have massive fan bases that pump massive amounts of $ into their program?

No one is expecting us to get the #1 recruiting class year after year like Alabama does. There is NO REASON however for us not to be getting top 20 classes or better on a regular basis.

I never compared anything to Alabama. I said the class was an average P5 and ACC class. It is. It isn't being negative or positive. That is a fact. It is math. It isn't biased or unfair. I believe HCPN can make Pitt a top 15 program and recruit at that level. That hasn't happened yet. I will not be happy with being average. Some of you will.

Sums it all up my brother. Exactly right and it's sad that so many people are on this board today giddy about a recruiting class ranked in the 30's.

All schools want a top 20 class, and some of their fans would say that there is no reason
for them not to be. So, what is your answer to getting these blue-chips that want to go elsewhere? What is this staff not doing on the recruiting trail that needs to be done? This staff is working hard to get good players. It is difficult to ask anymore. You can't force kids on your school. Pitt needs to win more, draw more fans, and become a bigger name nationally. Even then there is no guarantee in a top class, because there are 40 other schools trying to do the same. Face it, we are what we are. Accept it, or be miserable (as you are), and keep complaining. Most on here like Duzz and the direction of the program.

You're so dense you can't even keep up with your own arguments. You said Pitt hadn't been relevant in 30 years. I pointed out that they had been, winning 10 games and finishing ranked #15 under Wanny. I also pointed out that beating the National Champion, Clemson and a top 5-10 PSU certainly made Pitt relevant just this year. Nowhere did I assert Pitt had a successful season because they beat those teams. Frankly, you're dumb.

I dont understand why anyone even responds to those penn state trolls. We landed the top talent in the state, again this year, making it three straight years. We already beat our main rival and national champions this year. The teams confidence and the confidence of the fan base is greatly increased, as well it should be. We lost our first 3 games by 11 points and lost the bowl game due to half our team not playing... AND we only lost that in the final seconds.
Things are looking good for Pitt football

People need to give Maryland the credit they deserve as they dominated the DMV for the first time in quite a while. The football talent coming out of the DMV has really taken a major stride upward as the number of good prospects has risen dramatically in that area.
It has always been a basketball rich area but now seems to have taken the same step in football recruits, IMO.
Now how these kids pan out under the staff at UMaryland is an entirely different story. Good recruiting classes do not automatically translate into successful seasons out on the field.

H2 PITT !!!
p.s. I know I am very pleased how our staff has made a very obvious inroad into that area as well as a few others while also staying involved w/ our traditional meat & potato areas.

Wow if you just arbitrarily Mark what you want then your school recruited average in the big 10 east
Pitt? That doesn't make any sense.

It isn't arbitrary. We compete for ACC Championships against the ACC. We compete for National Championships against the P5. That is our competition. Do you honestly consider our contemporaries and competition to be places like Ball State, Akron, Middle Tennessee, or North Dakota State? Why cut off at FBS? Why cut off at D-1? Why cut off at NCAA? Wouldn't those cutoffs be "arbitrary"?

If you and Piranha honestly consider being "average" being the 60-70th best FBS team in recruiting (and on field performance because you don't want to "arbitrarily" choke down that field) then I imagine you would be fine with losing seasons. I certainly expect and believe in far, far more for Pitt. Anyone who doesn't is holding the program back and has absolutely no faith in it or its coaches IMO. And in basketball, being like 160th is average and acceptable, too, right?
