Boy, is he fun to watch. Lightly-recruited true freshman who can both run it and sling it. Their offense is fun to watch, too, as they go vertical quite a bit. I get that they suck and he probably has a good bit to clean up, but good for their fans at least having some fun things to look forward to in the future... assuming he's not poached.

We should consider recruiting quarterbacks again, as opposed to bringing in expired Pop Tarts from the discounted bread store.

Face it. Pitt is not a fun team to watch because of the conservative play calling and lack of imagination from Narduzzi and Cignetti. Maybe it's just because we don't have skilled players at the skill positions, which is a fact. But at least Narduzzi could develop some exciting plays once in a while that would make his team fun to watch. These players are getting paid good money to entertain, and they're not doing it. Time to either replace the players we have with good ones or quit paying them.

I don’t necessarily think it’s a boring style offense. Michigan runs a similar offense and is one of the best in the country. The problem is our interior Oline cannot block, our receivers don’t get open, and our QB can’t hit the broad side of a barn.

Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, did you enjoy the play?

They are 0-4 right ?
Fun

Not only 0-4, but part of the reason for the loss last night was the unbelievably stupid penalties that Virginia took late in the game last night, and he was one of the culprits.

Does anyone think that Virginia wishes that he didn't give NC State a free 15 yards on their game winning drive for being an idiot?

He only started three of the games, and he's surrounded by some of the worst talent in the P5.

I'm not claiming this TRUE FRESHMAN is a finished product, but, and call me crazy for this, I'm putting more weight into how me makes plays and throws a football than I am in whether or not he took his helmet off after taking a shot and completing a 17-yard 2-point conversion in the heat of the moment.

Maybe Phil Montana will only punch his helmet a few times tonight instead of taking it off. That'll be HUGE.

So the skill positions, at least partially.

Well if your point is that he could end up a better quarterback than Phil Bookovec, well, yeah, sure, absolutely.

Hell, if your point is that he might be better than him right now, sure, absolutely. But it's not like he's played great this year. His best game was against the powerhouse James Madison. And they lost that one.

I watched the 2nd half of that game and thought o myself that's the kind of a QB that Pitt needs. Then I thought with NIL going on and people jumping all over the place...maybe???

His flex is hilarious in hindsight as a non-UVA fan.
