We just need

Well we were nowhere remotely in position to make a play on the Clemson TDs, or the couple or so plays right before the Clemson TDs.
How about a Brookins tackle short of the sticks?

How about hitting wide open receivers?

How about our receivers catching the ball?

How about not jumping offsides in long yardage down and distance?

What would the score be had those things happened?

I haven’t seen many cases in this game where we were in position to make a play and didn’t. Definitely not on defense, a couple stupid penalties but no blatant missed tackles as we had in prior losses most notably SMU. And the 3 straight offsides penalties ended up impacting nothing, Clemson still had to punt. Unless you think 10-15 yards field position may have made a big difference.

On offense, we may have left a few plays out there but it’s more just a problem of this offense with this OL just not being good enough across the board. It’s definitely not the case that the offense is playing good but blatantly not executing plays right there in front of them for the taking.

If you have not seen plays left on the field by the offense, I don't know what game you are watching.

Now what they’re doing on the goal line right now is what’s called not making plays you’re in position to make.
