This board is brutal. I was at game as usual and had a great time watching us pull out a win. Pitt has many shortcomings but figured out a way to win today. Enjoy it! This board is like watching cable news networks where all anyone does is bitch and enjoy being miserable. My suggestion is have a drink or a couple and enjoy it for what it was, a win. I will be traveling to Chicago next weekend for the ND game and will be hoping for the best. Pitt away games are always fun because it is truly the diehards. H2P

Why should everybody go bonkers over this win and pretend like there isn’t some fat ugly pig behind the lipstick that got put on today? Are you really not able to look beyond the current scoreboard?
Just imagine if that field goal is missed at the end of regulation? Everyone would be calling for Narduzzi to be fired immediately for what went on today.
Hey, it was a great feeling walking out with a win. The kids showed a lot of heart.
Complete team win today. Trucked them with a devastating running game. Didn’t really need to pass.
Defense played much better. Got what three turnovers? but especially that huge one to win the game. Don’t forget the great play by wirginis to strip the ball and Jackson to take it to the house.
Only 3 penalties. Huge improvement.
Lopes. Tremendous play. Don’t forget we were missing Mack.
Two rushers over 100 for first time in 3 years.
Record-setting incredible performance by Kessman.
Pitt could have folded at least 3 times today but fought their tails off from down 14 and down late.
Not sure why they weren’t more efficient getting in and out of the huddle on the last drive, but we’re 2-1 in the coastal and in this thing whether many on this board want to acknowledge or not.
Man did Hall run that wildcat well. Cuse couldn’t stop him on many critical plays. Nice wrinkle.
#80 for Cuse was killing us early, then I don’t remember seeing him later. Did we cover him or maybe he wasn’t on the field? I think he’s a FR
Remember pitt with all the momentum in ok st before long weather delays a few years ago only to lose late. Seemed like it would go the same way this week but this team refused to lose.
Heard all week how Cuse would kick our ass because our defense was horrible and we couldn’t hang with this team. Love to point out how wrong many of you were.

Fans today don't want wins. They want perfect wins. I'm old school. Just win.
The only thing that matters is did you win or lose. Especially conference games.
Agree. The only time style points matter is if you are looking for a playoff spot.
Because it is tiresome being negative all the time. They won a hard fought game. Are there corrections that need fixed? Yes but like the OP said, we won. Time to relax if only for a day.
Besides posts about bad qb play, I don’t think the board is very negative today. I personally don’t see much to be overly excited about with the team, so I apologize for not gushing about the great win today like the OP wants.
Unless it’s the playoffs, I never watch any game in any sport and get overly excited about a regular season win. Regular season games are used to project what you need to do to get better in playoff games against playoff type opponents.
