I disagree, MSU beat Michigan OSU and Iowa, they deserved it!Stanford vs Bama would have been great. Unfortunately the TV executives want to shove crappy big10 games down our throats to see them boat raced most years
So much for enjoying the GranddaddyStanford vs Bama would have been great. Unfortunately the TV executives want to shove crappy big10 games down our throats to see them boat raced most years
It would've been a Bama slaughter. No question about that. All that running room Stanford has in this game would be nonexistent against Bama.Stanford vs Bama would have been great. Unfortunately the TV executives want to shove crappy big10 games down our throats to see them boat raced most years
There is also Head Coaching Buying Remorse at USC too, just talk to some out there, they want to hang Pat Haden, now that Clay Heaton just hired his Brother! Kiffen Two!So much for enjoying the Granddaddy
SHINNEY
And #5 is the best player in the country BET T H AT
Stanford certainly better than MSU , you are correct
ESPN just found out that there was a 35% drop in Viewership by moving the CFB Playoff Games to 31 December........some one at ESPN will be fired soon, hope the ever Swofford & Son slow to no ACC Network doesn't hire the ESPN guy responsible ?Thank god they wouldn't move this game for the playoffs!!!! Yikes
Good lord how did they lose to North Western ?Stanford vs Bama would have been great. Unfortunately the TV executives want to shove crappy big10 games down our throats to see them boat raced most years

We're about to see the best matchup possible against Bama for the NC and it will still be lopsided.
Haden has to be at the top of the USC nation $hitlist. That was idiotic to make that move before the end of the bowl season, without seeing how everything shakes out. They could've made a run at Chip Kelly, who would be just what the doctor ordered at SC much the way Harbaugh was the exact perfect hire for UM. Pay him NFL money and let him do his thing. There is also Head Coaching Buying Remorse at USC too, just talk to some out there, they want to hang Pat Haden, now that Clay Heaton just hired his Brother! Kiffen Two!
USC Fans have a A.D. Pederson Problem, the USC Chancellor loves Haden on how he handled the Reggie Bush NCAA Sanctions, but the Fan Base hates Haden's Coaching Selection Decisions!Haden has to be at the top of the USC nation $hitlist. That was idiotic to make that move before the end of the bowl season, without seeing how everything shakes out. Pat Haden is turning out to be the most inept AD since ...Haden has to be at the top of the USC nation $hitlist. Told you head coach and Hayden had to go way back when.....There is also Head Coaching Buying Remorse at USC too, just talk to some out there, they want to hang Pat Haden, now that Clay Heaton just hired his Brother! Kiffen Two!

Along with most of the country outside of ACC country. I think the ACC sucks as a football leagueAgree with this. There were really only 2 teams that would have a prayer vs Bama. Clemson, and Ohio St. on a good day, and Bama would still win 4 out of 5. Iowa needed a 57 yard fg to beat Pitt at home, and MSU needed the fluke of a lifetime to beat Michigan. The B1G is now back to normal, with O$U, and Mi¢higan in charge. This is why I never wanted Pitt to end up there.
ACC football on an annual basis is FSU amd Clemson. Most years those teams are nothing special, but they're the perennial cream of the ACC crop. FSU had its run with Jameis and Clemson has its best team ever with Watson at QB. It won't be enough, they are in for a beatdown. Posters on this board are ridiculous about the whole ACC vs B10 thing. I get it, you all hate the B10 since the enemy joined the league decades ago, and you try to tell yourselves the ACC is some great football league because we're in it. I wonder if anyone can remember what they thought about the ACC before Pitt joined it? Here's a reminder: basketball league with 2 football schools that none of you liked anyway. I mean, how can anyone root for FSU? And that's how everyone outside of the ACC fan base views it. I'm a lifelong Pitt fan, but I could give a rats ass about the rest of that league. We needed to get out of the BE and the ACC was our best offer. I get that amd I'm glad we landed in a P5 division with no heavyweight roadblocks. Doesn't mean I have to pretend I love the league.Agree with this. There were really only 2 teams that would have a prayer vs Bama. Clemson will fare better because of that scheme and because of Watson and a faster D and much better secondary than MSU has, but the outcome will be the same-a comfortable Bama win. The big difference for Bama this year has been the preparation and the focus. They lacked that last year and Saban would never let that happen twice. When they're dialed in nobody can touch them. I knew MSU was gonna get curb stomped as soon as I saw that draw, there was no question in my mind.Maybe, maybe not. MSU's style was no match for Bama. Clemson can spread it around better so we will see.
All true. Here's hoping Clemson can represent.Along with most of the country outside of ACC country. I think the ACC sucks as a football league

But as you said, the beauty of it is they still have to play the game , and we still get to watch it. .
I'm afraid my financial interests will not permit me to share your sentiment. All true. Here's hoping Clemson can represent.
