Well, maybe Coach Prime would be an option afterall?

I think it’s less of a shot at Colorado and more of a shot at the Pac-12. He added that he’s glad they’re leaving for the Big 12 after this season because of the time slots (ironically, OU and UT mentioned those for why they left that same conference!).

Yeah, he's going to give up PAC12 night games (and really, what's the angst over night games?) for Big 12 games that start at noon eastern, which is 10AM in Colorado.

So next year expect complaints about how many times they have to play games that start at 10AM rather than games that start at night.

Colorado was an original Big 8 team back when geography mattered more than television money. They belong in the B12. This is one of the few recent conference realignment moves that makes sense.

Actually, with the Pac12 gone, TV will be filling those time slots with teams that reside further west.

So there's that.

Yup. I wish we were out here in Kansas City for the “OG” Big 12 MBB Tournament when them, Missouri, Nebraska, and Texas A&M were in it. So many great fan bases and rivalries.

Actually, Deion's dislike of late kickoffs only further establishes Pitt has no shot at him ... this season we have had kickoffs at 3:30, 6:30, 7:45, 8:00, 8:00, and now 6:30 again.

They are going to have a similar about of 8PM local time kicks as the Big 12 rightly tries to get in a game in that late night window in Arizona, Utah, or Colorado. I like Prime but his complaining about 8PM is strange to me.

Would love to have a clip of the hand wringing and wailing and possibly outright vomiting by the Pitt brass if a serious proposal to hire the likes of a Sanders were brought up for discussion

I expect the ACC is going to get a lot of 10:00 eastern Stanford and Cal kickoffs.

They could, and probably will, play some ACC Network quadruple headers, 12:00, 3:30, 7:00, 10:30.
