There was an event for the Orlando Pitt club tonight and had an admin member there. He had a lot of insight but as @Matt Steinbrink has said no one knows anything. So to go on the insight I learned tonight I will repeat a lot so sorry but I think hearing some of the same things means they have to be true...
First thing I’ll say is Matt has been on top of everything a lot of the stuff that matt mentioned on here that came up in conversation tonight seemed right on so thanks for the good work.
Hurley was number 1 but this admin said he wasn’t shocked he went to uconn but that may have been his in opinion.
Miller is all booster driven not admin at all and they are concerned about the fbi dealings and his that may deter the direction of the program. They think that hits sooner rather than later the fbi findings.
Matt is right on with oats and other names now being told about getting less money in their offer compared to Hurley and that’s “hurting” things.
There have been interviews all this week and even with Lyke going on vacation yes apparently she’s still going there will be interviews this upcoming week as well.
The admin expressed concern about Lyke still leaving which made me nervous. He didn’t say anything certain but made it seem like Michigan state is a great spot for her. Obviously so is Pitt but message was about her leaving.
Pitt is concerned about the lack of butts in the seats at the Pete and was the main reason for Stallings being fired. They want this to change ASAP for obvious reasons.
This admin isn’t tied to sports his sources are not even through the sports people surprisingly.
