Imagine you're a kid in school and you teacher is sick. The substitute makes a mistake and goes to the wrong school. Nobody realizes it.
I'm beginning to think that the Peak sleeper cells have been activated to force everyone over to the other site. Which sucks, because the forum format totally sucks over there. The recruiting metric stuff is obviously way better, but everyone already knew that. I think ON3 is the best for recruiting rankings at this point, but last I checked there was no Pitt message board over there.
The devolution has been rapid and thorough. There's some histrionic shit going on in these threads.
Definitely worthy of a case study.
If you didn't figure it out yet, Peak quit as of end of day February 28, I believe. Sometime soon thereafter the jackals started howling and it's out of control. Apparently nobody is patrolling the threads, so anything goes.
So a bunch of people decided politics
was the #1 priority on a Pitt Football message board. It's exposed who is unhinged, if you're looking for the bright side.

Politics were said to be welcome. And now a few people have taken it to the extreme and are out of control. Which is to say, hang in there because the politics probably won’t be allowed much longer if they keep it up.
Or, the new people can activate the locker room and you guys can have the football board back, since there’s so much going on in football worthy of discussion, especially HS recruiting.

Why? Is this supposed to be a Pitt football forum? Could have fooled me. Even with the Locker Room forum, you guys are still starting mostly non Pitt football related discussions.
