Does the rule read that ANY contact on the arm is a foul or does it say that the contact must impede the shot? If I graze you with my pinky, is that a foul?
The other one I hate is falling down on 3 pointers because your toe made the slightest bit of contact with the side of the defenders show. It didn't affect the shot at all and it's a total flop.
