With Shady McCoy, Dion Lewis, Ray Graham, and a healthy James Conner -- Pitt was always a Pro-Style, run-first offense.

Last year Matt Canada had a very clear overall plan for what he wanted his offense to be. It was very balanced, with lots of creative mis-direction. What is the Identity of Pitt's offense in 2017?

Depends on the QB. With Browne, multiple pro set. With DiNucci maybe a bit more like last season.

Power run game that will hopefully set up the play action eventually. Ollison has looked good over the first two weeks and I think a strong ground attack can help establish a downfield passing attack, but they need to take some shots.

An offense that scores more points than their opponents. Take what the defense gives you and make them pay for it.

Similar... The identity I want to see is simple. Utilize your offensive players strengths in the best way possible to score points. Exactly like Canada did.

They should do the same on defense, but they seem unwilling to change scheme to match player talent. Hopefully the talent is catching up on D.
