Pardon my ignorance in these matters, but does anybody know how long the pro team is tied to Heinz? All that stuff about long term commitments is lost on me.
I recall that 3 Rivers was a "palace" as Bob Prince once called it, but...hey...the palace fell.
Heinz won't be "acceptable" to the Rooneys forever, right? What happens to Pitt"s relationship with Heinz when the Rooney's exit?
In other words, can a "new" (translation "different") stadium be in Pitt"s future whether Pitt initiates it or not...?
Just wondering...again, I'm not well versed in this stuff (obviously). For all I know. Heinz will be going strong for decades and decades and decades because of legal ties, etc. Just thought I'd ask...
