North Carolina vs Duke or North Carolina vs Notre Dame? The first mentioned game is a national rivalry but Notre Dame is such a national brand, love them or hate them... I'm just not sure!

Difference is negligible. All the Duke fans are watching anyway.

Duke and NC already played twice this year.

Notre Dame football is a huge brand, Notre Dame basketball not so much. UNC vs Duke would get much higher ratings.
