Who Should Pitt Hire for Offensive Coordinator in 2024?

This is an impossible question to answer mainly because what Narduzzi wants and what the fans want often clash. I am almost positive Narduzzi is satisfied with Cignetti and I think there’s a low chance Cignetti goes. But, on the off chance he does go, I would expect another boring hire from a re-tread coach that inspires absolutely no one.

The question has consider the framework of the type of offense Narduzzi would want.

He’s not bringing the Washington offense to Pitt.

And there’s really only a few OCs having much success running Narduzzi’s wet dream of an offense, and Andy Ludwig isn’t leaving Utah for Pitt.

My number one choice would be Andy Kotelnicki at Kansas.

He isn't poaching a P5 OC...at least one that isn't about to get fired again. So, mid-major possibilities although I don't know if any would actually jump at the chance depending on how this year finishes up.
Mack Leftwich?
Trent McKnight?
Mike Bloesch?
Mike Shanahan?
Tim Cramsey?

I think if the Nefarious 4 leave the ACC, Nard is gone to land of the green Spartans.
