It seems like a lot of seniors graduating, not to mention players leaving early.

Just take a look at some other ACC teams recruiting classes ..especially Duke

Experience does matter - Look at who was successful in the ACC this season and who was not

Even Duke recruits are not always studs as freshmen

Let's start with Virginia.

Lose

Malcolm Brogden-ACC Player of the year
Anthony Gill-3 year starter, averaging 14 / 6, 3rd Team All ACC
Mike Tobey-Starter-7 foot 270lb, averaging 8 / 5

-Virginia is going to replace that with new recruits? No

Miami

Lose

McCellon-2nd Team All ACC, averaging 16 and 3
Rodriguez-Starting Point Guard, 2nd leading scorer
Jekiri-3rd Team All ACC, averaging 8 and 8

Miami is going to replace that with new recruits? No

Those are 2 teams that are going to fall next year.

Pitt will probably have the most experienced team in the entire conference.

SR - Artis, Young, Jones, Jeter
JR - Luther

Plus, you have to assume a grad transfer or two.

Duke, Miami, UNC, UVA have really good classes. If things go well, then we will be in a similar spot as this year.

They may fall but not far...they will reload

Just to continue

Florida State may lose its entire starting 5 after the NBA draft

Georgia Tech is losing 4 starters

Duke has a loaded recruiting class, but is probably going to lose 4 starters after the NBA draft is done

Louisville is losing is starting backcourt and Rick Pitino may be stepping down

Boston College sucks. Wake Forest is going to suck even worse.

Basically, the league will still be good but considerably weaker next year. The ACC is not going to steamroll everyone in the NCAA tournament next year like it is doing right now.

-One last point. The ACC has a chance to put a record breaking 6 teams in the Sweet 16 this year. That is between unbelievable and unheard of. 3 are already in the Sweet 16, the other 3 are favored to get there. Im assuming Virginia closes the game out.

-The ACC will not put 6 teams in the Sweet 16 next year. I will bet anyone on that any sum of money right now.

Hopefully UVA will fall some because we have them H-and-H next year!
