Does everyone agree that Wisconsin and Rutgers should be not have a bid as of now? Also, there should be a rule that you need to have a non-losing record in your conference to make the tourney.

They both stink. Wisconsin has always stunk. Rutgers only stinks now because of their injury issues, which is unfortunate for them, but does not change the fact that they currently stink.
