This puts Pitt in very unique positionz
Only BYU, Pitt, Wake, Arkansas, Virginia, Vanderbilt, and Washington state won't have a new coach this year or last.
BYU and WSU both have chances to finish @6-6 and make a bowl.
So that leaves only Pitt, Wake, Virginia, Arkansas and Vanderbilt.
Almost everyone concedes Elliot and Lea will be both be fired next season unless they have a winning record which they won't.
So our true company is Arkansas, Wake, and us. Arkansas has a consensus top 20 recruiting class coming in.
So really it's us and Wake. Stuck in the middle. No real reason to keep your coach around except of things they did in the past.
It will be interesting to see which coach turns it around, if either.
