The opponent was Navy but the venue was a Tier 1 Bowl? Just my two cents, but I'm ok with playing Navy given the fact they're a higher ranked team, have a legitimate Heisman Trophy candidate, and played a common opponent. I'd always rather face a higher ranked team and win. In this day and age of too many bowl games, the only other "acceptable" game might've been against one of our "traditional" rivals (PSU or WVU). While I won't travel from FL to Annapolis, I'll certainly watch and root hard for a win.
