Honestly that has to be Rutgers dropping names and hope to see who may be interested. The article goes on to state it was HCPN'S agent he thinks in an effort to get a new deal in the face of ANOTHER mediocre season.

These local rags constantly just take shots. The whole thing is a shot at Pitt. I get wanting to report it, but why does it have to have the negative undertones.

Mind you this all just straight conjecture by NJ.com. It'll be interesting to see if HCPN is asked about it.
