Its not just Cignetti. The WRs are pathetic for the P5 level. As bad as we've ever had. They are literally G5 level having transferred up and our young guys cant beat them out which is scary AF. Jacques-Louis put up the same numbers at Akron that Mumpfield did and he wasnt any good.
WRs are very very bad. Wayne leaving early was a killer. I think we might be 3-1 with him.
I said at the time that Wayne should have come back or transferred for NIL money. He is going to make $216,000 this year on Houston's practice squad. If Pitt couldn't pay more than that, we shouldn't even bother with football. And don't say we couldn't because he isnt an American. Have him put on a sham camp in Ontario and pay him $300K for doing that. That's how you get around that.
