according to Pitts individual stats none of our freshmen recruits have wrestled a match in the open tournaments.does anyone know why.

They can probably only track stats when they wrestle attached to Pitt. Most freshman when red shirting wrestle unattached, so they do not compete for the school.

Probably has something to do with their status as a red shirt. If they track their stats in an official manor then they would count that year as a competition year

Both he and McGill definitely wrestled in the Southern Scuffle.

Yes they've gone to some open tournaments, and guys are going to Edinboro Open this weekend.
