We are living and witnessing the renaissance of a football program that will eventually raise the national profile of itself and the university as a whole. It is kind of rare to witness total rejuvenation projects happening right in front of you but we have waited basically 33 years for this level of competency with Administration, coaching staffs in more than one sport, alumni backing, fan support and higher expectations! We've seen it with the Pirates in this town, we've seen it with the hoops program, and need JD to get his act together again but this has the makings of run of top notch football for many years to come...
