I just read an article on the trib live app about Rooney post season comments. The main piece of the article is Rooney talking about better QB play by Pickett and he has to get better. He didn’t comment on his Mensa Candidate coaching staff and the horrible job they did at home against Arizona and New England.
Then he says Tomlin will make the decision on the OC coordinator because he doesn’t want to screw up the lines of authority. That’s Hilarious. Every beat writer in town claimed with out doubt that Rooney had to fire Canada. Tomlin didn’t want to. It would be nice every once in awhile if these people including Rooney wouldn’t lie to the public.
