OT: Pedos lose their top recruiter and coach they just promoted

unfortunately, crybaby is wrong, AGAIN. Studies have Centre Co in the Center Region (of Pennsylvnia) and have a rape rate of 30.5/100,000 people. Allegheny Co is at 20/100,000 persons. . Based on those statistics and the homogenous population in Centre County I'd say that CryBaby has an unhealthy level of duplicated DNA originating from his mother and father or grandfather and mother.

Further the obesity rate (in 2016) for Allegheny county is 26% and the region Centre Co is in has an obesity rate of 31%, so they were more likely to mistake his sister for a neighboring cow. Either way, what is frowned upon in Centre Co is typically illegal in most other counties.

May daughter graduated from PSU in 2016, in four years, with a degree infinance. She had just over a 3.9 and had 4 job offers right out of school. She's not fat either.

School is a tool that you must use, most universities will be quite adequate if you make the most of your academic opportunities.

I think he is better than a 30 year position coach. Not that there is anything wrong with that! Btw, US News an World Report is the foremost authority on college rankings. WSJ might as well be the Pitt Gazette! LOL!!!

LMFAO. The actual Wall Street Journal/Times Higher Education rankings of US colleges (all sizes) for 2018 has Harvard #1, Carnegie Mellon #20, Pitt #75, and Penn State #125.

What you have is a one-off 2010 published survey of college recruiters of their preferred recruiting stops that was republished by what is essentially a blog site in 2015. The top 5 were PSU, Texas A&M, Illinois, Purdue, and Arizona State. Conveniently edited by you. You know anything about Arizona State? Do you know the actual methodology?

You want to link rankings to best jock schools and best party schools too?

Nearly every publication had Pitt over UPS lately. You make diploma mills, your numbers start suffering. Dilution.

Nobody in their right mind actually thinks Pedophile State is better than a school like Pitt, aside from delusional fans like yourself.

Ped St is what it is... diploma mill, huge state school with 700k alumni and 100% acceptance rate like the community colleges.

Nearly every except...the one that counts. Sounds like a lot of excuse making mixed in with some conspiracy theories. What about The Pitt News, do they have Pitt ahead of Penn State too?

Not nearly every publication. PSU is ranked higher by most other major rankings - Forbes, Time, and QS World Rankings. You're correct, however, that the US News is the most credible. Aside from ranking PSU higher overall, they rank PSU significantly higher in engineering, business, computer science, chemistry, math, and statistics. I didn't look, but I assume Pitt excels more in areas like communications and English.

Lol. You have too much time on your hands, man.

"Know your methodologies". Relax, dude. No need to act like a tough guy.

US News:
Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs: PSU 20 Pitt 42
Best Business Schools: PSU 36 Pitt 53
Chemistry: PSU 21 Pitt 35
Comp Sci: PSU 29 Pitt 52
Physics: PSU 23 Pitt 50
Statistics: PSU 20 Pitt 50
Earth Sciences: PSU 6 Pitt 88
Math: PSU 28 Pitt 60

As stated already, Pitt starts to shine as we venture out into programs that don't require problem solving skills - humanities, journalism, arts, etc.

Bye now.

If you don't know or understand the methodologies of any ranking or comparison, then it is meaningless.

But it seems that you are only familiar with one publication or don't know how to use Google. If you want to get away from overall university comparisons that you were shown to be wrong about and just selectively list subject rankings of particular strength for your school, I can do that too.

Your assessment of Pitt is also completely wrong. While Pitt has strengths in some humanities like philosophy, international studies, and English, its forte is in the biological and health sciences. It is why it is top 10 in total federal research obligations and top 5 in NIH funding, which is almost entirely competitive peer reviewed funding and all problem solving based. Pitt is not an arts school. It doesn't even have a journalism major. Perhaps you should learn about a subject before making proclamations about it.

Seriously, guys? Who cares?! This is a FOOTBALL forum. Not the place to discuss academics, or even other sports, for that matter. This is about football, and in football, PSU has been running circles around us. Shifting the conversation to something else just makes us look salty as hell.

Good for them.... their slime ball football program also has a well earned reputation...their win at all cost mentality will continue to bring them more embarrassment than it will glory. Pitt is in a much better place than Ped St is believe me.

I don't even think YOU believe YOU. Threads like this REEK of Penn State envy.

Yes, we are all jealous of Pedophile State because their university and football program are so well respected...lmao.

Their Al Pacino HBO movie is about how everyone is jealous of them i guess?
Get your head out of your ass.

Goes with the territory of being a top 10 program. Coaches move on and new ones are added. It can be a little disconcerting but the beat goes on. Good thing Franklin has a knack for finding great coaches, even if they only stick around a few years.
you're not a top 10 program, just a weak big 10. Play some good OOC teams. Back to you Dick

Yeah, to make it less convoluted, the only one that matters is US News and World Report...

Perhaps at one time, PItt fans might have reason to be envious of Psu. However since the grand experiment has been exposed for what most pitt fans long knew it was (a slick marketing slogan) only those whose self esteem is primarily wrapped up around their schools football program would "envy" Psu. Most rational people would much rather be known as attending a really good school who has had some athletic success than attending a school where

1. many alumn are cult like in their adoration of a deeply flawed football coach and football program
2. Whose school valued the perception of their football program over young mens well being.
3. Will forever be known as the university that paid tens of millions of dollars to settle with victims of child abuse.

I'll take eternal mediocrity in football over the shame of going to a school where the fan base and administration looked the other way and then continued to trash the victims to salvage the image oc the program and dead coach

I agree with what you are saying, but Narduzzi jumped at the chance to leave the school with the biggest child molesting, train riding scandal in the history of humanity. He is one toxic cover upper. They all knew.

Yeah, to make it less convoluted, the only one that matters is US News and World Report...

Well true the US news global rankings have Pitt way ahead, but neither of these matters.

With the US news and world report, one of the main criteria is alumni giving. When you know psu has one of the biggest alumni numbers of any school and the giving is so many times more than Pitt... that the other criteria makes Pitt that much more better academically than the morally bankrupt nitwits.

Penn State is the worst football scandal in the history of sports. It was a cesspool, and the head coach covered up child rape in HIS OWN LOCKER ROOM!

There will never be another penn state scandal. MSU is more a gymnastic scandal

Explain that to the six year olds, or the students who gang raped by the train. Let me know how that works out for you. Oh, and Narduzzi knew, they all knew...

Oh. You are a penn state troll.

Now it makes sense. What is wrong with your school that you have to go on a Pitt web site and make Pitt names and talk trash? Your life must be really sad, I mean other than being a penn state fan, even more so.

Not what is wrong with Penn State, but what is wrong with Michigan State and everyone who came from that rape factory.
