In the end--it was only one game. Each game is different.
It really isn't hyperbole. He looked bad pretty much from the opening snap to the last one he took. His footwork was bad, his arm was bad, he was bad. Again, no cause to flip out and move on from him, not even close. But he played poorly in that game from start to finish. How many throws did he short arm, even on those rare occasions where he didn't have heavy pressure? Not sure what his injury status is, but that might explain why he threw it so poorly. And if he was playing at less than 85% healthy, shame on the coaches for not playing Yarnell earlier.
This sums it up pretty clearly. If you can't block - you can't win!Holstein has to get better, but it's really hard to blame the quarterback when the biggest question on offense is which is worse, the run blocking or the pass blocking?

That's total hyperbole, but that backwards pass just now is, without a doubt, one of the most idiotic things I've ever seen.
