He has clearly not been playing well the last few weeks but you can’t make a quick decision when your receivers are being covered by the entire second and third level of the defense.

SMU is just rushing 4. How do you quickly throw against that?

See, that's the problem. You don't seem to understand the difference between opinion and fact. You keep talking about your opinion of how you wish college football was. I keep talking about the facts about how college football actually is.

Why have you lost faith in Eli?

SMU is just a better team pretty much across the board. It's impossible to have any kind of a consistent passing game when you can't protect the QB.
