To GT. When I seen this I was surprised. I watched them play the other night and didn't come away overly impressed. After playing arguably the top 2 teams in the conference well and beating 1 of them I expected this one to be a toss up at least. Anybody have any insight or explanation for this?

When did we beat UVA or Florida State?
GT is at home with all things being equal makes them -3. Then you factor in GT is about 15 spots higher in the Net Rankings and there’s your 5.
They lost by two points close to the buzzer versus a good Clemson team. I’ll be so happy if Pitt pulls this off tonight.

I guess my follow up question is what would a win do for us.....Im pretty sure I know what a loss would do.
Alvarado is the kind of player who could pop and score 35. Moses Wright is the kind of player who could dominate against our bigs. They have a good team. Not feeling great about this one.
Still too many games to be played to call this an elimination game, but whichever team wins is going to wake up tomorrow feeling a lot better about their chances.
Alvarado is a junkyard dog. He is a scrapper that is fun to watch.
Also the kind of guy who fans of other teams can easily hate. I say that with the understanding that Pitt has had a few of those guys over the years.
Yep, he's good and his 2 guard the lefty is a nice player too. Also, they have a nice center. Pitt has their hands full
