Pitt made it to a bowl (remember when we didn't)?
Pitt is playing a ranked team (What is the problem here? )
It is close and most of you don't have to spend a lot of time in crowded airports over the holidays. (<- Benefit)

Anyway, I am going to the game with family and friends. I plan on having a good time. Not going to lecture, but you can either chose to enjoy life, or waste it away complaining about everything that doesn't go your way. Do something about it, or shut up. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it.

I like the Military Bowl, and plan to go. But honestly, myself, I think ARGUING with people IS HAVING A GOOD TIME! To me it's FUN.

I know fans are bitching, because they feel Pitt got jilted. But, to me, the bowl prestige and ranking of teams for bowls is irrelevant. I am happy that Pitt got a bowl in a nice area, and is playing a ranked team. It is a helluva lot better than playing in the Pinstripe against Indiana, creating a no win situation in freezing weather. Supposed to win, and if lose, then the whole B1G is laughing that the #4 team in the ACC can't even beat Indiana. Also, PSU uses it against us in recruiting. Beating Navy is a feather in the cap considering their respect as a team with a Heisman candidate.
